Social Media & Content Manager

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

OASIS STAGING + DESIGN is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to help shape and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. This position is ideal for someone with strong visual sensibilities, a passion for design, and an interest in content strategy.

The ideal candidate is a flexible and self-motivated team player with a strong sense of initiative and an eye for clean, elevated content. They should be confident in managing creative workflows, have strong communication and time management skills, and understand how to visually represent a brand with clarity and consistency. A background in social media, digital marketing, or design-focused content creation is highly preferred.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow all brand social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube)

  • Create and maintain a weekly content calendar and posting schedule

  • Capture photo and video content at project sites and behind the scenes

  • Edit and schedule content using brand-aligned templates and tools

  • Write clear, engaging captions that reflect the OASIS brand voice

  • Organize content folders and maintain an efficient digital workflow

  • Track post performance and provide insight to optimize future content

  • Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and occasional campaign support

  • Optional: Experience with drone footage, ad campaigns, or graphic design is a plus


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in social media management or content creation.

  • Proficiency with Instagram, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

  • Excellent time management and ability to meet weekly deliverables.

  • Strong visual aesthetic aligned with a modern, design-forward brand.

  • Based on Oahu with access to project sites when needed.

  • Reliable, organized, and proactive in communication.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.


THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Weekly deliverables typically include 2-3 Reels, social post scheduling, and some marketing tasks.

  • While the schedule is flexible, candidate should be available to capture content at project sites as needed and meet weekly content deadlines.

  • You’ll work directly with ownership to shape brand storytelling and content direction.

  • Compensation will be structured as a flat weekly or monthly retainer.

  • Pay will depend on experience and estimated weekly commitment.

  • There is opportunity for growth as the role expands.
