Before you ask
How quickly can you stage?
Quotes go out within one business day (we are closed Sundays). Once the agreement is signed and payment is confirmed, your install date is locked. Nearly every home is fully staged in a single visit, and if one needs more time, we tell you upfront.
What does pricing depend on?
Each project is custom quoted based on the size of the home, the rooms being staged, location and access, and the inventory tier that fits the listing.
How long does staging stay?
The standard term is two months. If the home needs more time, extensions continue month to month until you schedule removal with 14 days' notice.
What if my seller doesn't want to pay upfront?
Pay at Close is available for approved projects. The fee is due at closing or 90 days from install, whichever comes first.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Can you handle listing photos too?
Yes. MLS photography, video, aerial, and Matterport 3D tours can be added to your project, so staging and media are one booking instead of two.
Do you stage occupied homes?
Yes. We work with what the seller already has and bring in pieces where the photos need them.
